How to Know If Porcelain Veneers Are Right for You

Porcelain veneers are the highest quality option for obtaining a truly world-class smile. Unlike crowns, which wrap around the entire tooth, veneers are bonded to the outer surface of the tooth and wrapped beneath the biting edge for a permanent, secure fit. Each person’s oral architecture is unique, so cosmetic dental artistry is required in order to craft a perfect, customized smile for each patient. Dr. Dostal, Dr. Andreas and Dr. Brittingham excel in this skill, having placed thousands of permanent veneers on patients of all ages.

Our doctors take the smallest of personalized details into consideration in order to enhance each patient’s unique smile, including bone structure, bite physiology and even outer lip physiology.

Using the industry’s most advanced technology, we perform intensive pre-placement scanning and check for oral infection during every veneer consultation. Not every dentist has the experience and training required to give you the smile you deserve with permanent veneers … but at Mill Creek Dental, you are truly in the best possible hands!

See A Complete Digital Rendering of Your New Smile - Before Your Procedure

At Mill Creek Dental, we also offer advanced digital technology that allows you to actually see what your new veneers (and your new smile!) will look like … before we ever begin your porcelain veneer procedure!

Our “Smile Test Drive” technology lets you see how your new teeth will look, including their final color, shape and size. This prevents any unwanted surprises, and lets you work closely with our dentists to achieve the exact results you’re looking for.

One of the major concerns we hear from patients regarding veneer procedures is how much porcelain veneers cost. Since the price of veneers can vary dramatically depending on a variety of factors, we recommend getting in touch with our office to discuss your personalized options. Our goal is to help you achieve the smile you’ve always wanted, and we offer a range of affordable veneer options right here at Mill Creek Dental.

Two Simple Visits For a Life-Changing Smile

Just two office visits are required when coming in for porcelain veneers at Mill Creek Dental. On your first visit, our cosmetic dentist will conduct extensive screening to determine if veneers are a practical, achievable option for you. We will also discuss your porcelain veneers cost and all expenses that will be involved.

Our doctors will also prep your teeth for veneer placement on your first visit, which includes a light buffing and shaping to ensure the permanent veneer will look and fit as naturally as possible. A mold will also be taken of your unique arch, and this mold will be sent to a laboratory, where your personalized porcelain veneers will be handcrafted.

You will receive your permanent veneers on your second visit, along with detailed information on how to properly care for your veneers. We will also schedule follow up appointments at this time.
